These Service Terms apply to all clients of Karl Websites & Funnels.

Service Overview

Karl Websites & Funnels provides website design, hosting, and maintenance services under a monthly service structure.

Services may include:

• Website hosting

• Website maintenance

• Security updates

• Minor content updates

• Technical support

Website Development

Clients receive a professionally designed website consisting of up to 8 standard pages, including:

• Home

• About

• Services

• FAQ

• Contact

• Book Appointment

• Privacy Policy

• Terms of Use

Additional pages may be added for an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Business information

• Service descriptions

• Images or branding materials (if available)

• Timely feedback during the website build process

Delays in providing information may delay the project timeline.

Domain Registration

Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own domain name.

Karl Websites & Funnels may assist in guiding the client through the process if needed.

Monthly Service Fee

Website services are provided under a monthly service plan.

The monthly fee includes:

• Website hosting

• Maintenance

• Security updates

• Minor website edits

• Technical support

Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

Minimum Commitment

Due to the initial time and resources invested in building the website, clients agree to a minimum service commitment of 12 months unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation

After the minimum commitment period, services may be canceled with 30 days written notice.

Upon cancellation:

Hosting and maintenance services will end

The website may be removed from our servers unless a transfer arrangement is made

Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided for their website does not violate copyright laws or other legal regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Karl Websites & Funnels is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use of the website or services.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify service offerings or pricing for new clients. Existing clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
